What we collect
House registration details, organiser contact information and competition submission details are collected so organisers can review entries and manage the event.
What becomes public
Only approved public-facing event information is intended for display, such as a display name, location, event times and relevant accessibility or treat information. Private email addresses are not displayed on the public map.
Photos
Competition photos submitted for publication should be suitable for a family-friendly community website. Do not submit images containing private information.
